Services enable customers to proactively enhance their network. The XteraCare
Professional Services team provide customers with several options as part
of their XteraCare Premier contracts and available as stand-alone Professional
Services, upon request.
XteraCare Professional Services are designed to facilitate our customers’ full
exploitation of their investment in our product portfolio. These services
assist you in obtaining the most out of your Meriton network investment.
Our engineers will analyze and identify factors that impact the performance of your network, providing detailed recommendations to ensure that your investment returns the dividends that you expect. Included in these services are a range of support activities that optimize the performance of your network, as well as help your engineering team proactively plan network operational changes and future network expansions or upgrades.
